This stone has two colors: Dark in the center and bright in the margin which evokes an "eye". The presence of this kind of eye-shaped stone with Babylonian inscription in Achaemenid Treasures can be related to the spoils of war from this area, but what was the use of stones without inscription? Were they used as the eyes of sculptures? In that case how they differed from other Embedded eyes obtained from Achaemenid regions such as Borazdjan or eye beads? The purpose of this paper is to introduce these findings and explain their application. Descriptive and comparative methods were used for this purpose. In this article first we describe the discovery in Achaemenid treasures and the registered eyes in Persepolis Museum and meanwhile the "Eye-stone" types are explained, and in following their difference with the Embedded eyes and eye beads in the Borazdjan area is studied. With respect to the description and characteristics of the Eye-stones and their difference with the Embedded eyes, from the point of view of size and color and technique, it can be said that the application of the Eye-stones without inscription was for decorative purposes and the application of Eye-stones with inscription was for votive purposes.}, keywords = {Treasures of Achaemenid,Eye-stone,Embedded eye,Eye bead}, title_fa = {بررسی سنگ چشم‌گونه در دورۀ هخامنشی}, abstract_fa = { طی کاوش محوطه‌های تخت‌جمشید، پاسارگاد، و شوش تعداد فراوانی سنگ چشم‌گونه در بین اشیاء کشف‌شده به‌دست آمد که بعضی از آنها با نوشته و بدون سوراخ آویز، بعضی بدون نوشته و با سوراخ آویز و بعضی بدون نوشته و بدون سوراخ آویز بودند. این نوع سنگ دارای دو رنگ است: تیره در مرکز و روشن در حاشیه که تداعی‌کنندۀ چشم است. حضور این نوع سنگ چشم با نوشتۀ بابلی در گنجینۀ هخامنشی می‌تواند مربوط به غنایم جنگی از این منطقه باشد، اما کاربرد سنگ چشم‌های بدون نوشته چه بوده است؟ آیا به‌عنوان چشم مجسمه استفاده می‌شده‌اند؟ در این صورت، چه تفاوتی با چشم‌های مرصع به‌دست‌آمده از دیگر محوطه‌های هخامنشی مانند محوطۀ برازجان، یا چشم‌های مهره‌ای دارند؟ هدف این مقاله معرفی این یافته‌ها و توضیح کاربرد آنهاست. به این منظور، از روش توصیفی و مقایسه‌ای استفاده شده است. در این مقاله، نخست به شرح کشف این یافته در گنجینه‌های هخامنشی و چشم‌های ثبت‌شده در موزۀ تخت جمشید پرداخته می‌شود که هم‌زمان با توصیف انواع سنگ چشم همراه است، و در ادامه تفاوت آن با چشم‌های مرصع کشف‌شده در محوطۀ برازجان و چشم‌های مهره‌ای بررسی می‌شود. با استناد به توضیحات و خصوصیات انواع سنگ چشم و تفاوت آنها با چشم‌های مرصع از نقطه نظر اندازه و رنگ و فنِ ساخت، می‌توان کاربرد سنگ چشم‌های بدون نوشته را تزیینی و کاربرد سنگ چشم‌های با نوشته را مربوط به مراسم نذر دانست.}, keywords_fa = {گنجینه‌های هخامنشی,سنگ چشم,چشم مرصع,چشم مهره‌ای}, url = {https://www.ancientiranianstudies.ir/article_146350.html}, eprint = {https://www.ancientiranianstudies.ir/article_146350_376da2f87273c33fe2d5f2b1775ea04f.pdf} }
